Since January 2009 we have been successfully working with new conceptual ideas in our open AL Training as well as in our AL Special Trainings "Techniques & Industry" and "Business & Sales":

Well developed examples und juicy "translation aids" for participants' conceptual work prove "ultimatively":

• Product and Content Training never needs to be boring.
• Content orientation and depth only give permission for "games".
• "Soft Skill" Training needs more than showing models and practice.
• Anyone can memorize more than assumed - with cross-links and applicability!

1. Vienna Coffee House: (open training / AL Special Business & Sales)  Product Knowledge and Sales Traniing for 18 Vienna Coffee Spezialities. 

2. Chemistry Lesson: (open training) 90 minutes sequence for young students training all 108 elements of the periodical system (PSE) - including understanding the elements' properties and further information hidden in the PSE.

3. German Trains: (AL Special Techniques & Industry) historical and technical Training with 23 trains, 4 kinds of engines, all axe sequences etc.
